Every product sold on VELZAR is 100% genuine and brand new. We do not sell items that have been previously owned, used, or returned and resold as new. Where a product contains precious metals (such as gold, silver, or platinum) or gemstones, the product listing accurately states the materials used, including where an item is plated, vermeil, or set with simulated stones.

2. Hallmarking & Material Standards

Where required by law, precious metal items are hallmarked in accordance with the UK Hallmarking Act 1973. Material composition (e.g. 925 sterling silver, gold-plated, stainless steel) is stated clearly on each product listing.

3. Supply Chain Documentation

4. No Grey-Market, Refurbished, or Counterfeit Goods
